During my last holiday in Sardegna Italy I visited Li Lolghi, the largest Giant's Tomb (tomba di giganti). These monuments were constructed all over the island, mainly by the Nuraghi builders, from about 1900 BC until the destructive invasion by Carthage, almost a thousand years later. This tomb is probably an evolution of dolmens in mainland Europe. I used a circulair polarization filter to get a nice contrast between the blue sky and the old tomb stones.
